In my late 20's, I accidentally put on a pair of my husbands' jeans, and they FIT. Size 36" waist. I looked in the mirror and couldn't believe my eyes. I tried running down the block and didn't get very far because back then, I smoked too. Lucky for me, I was paired with an inspiring and rock solid personal trainer at the local gym.
