In my late 20's, I accidentally put on a pair of my husbands' jeans, and they FIT. Size 36" waist. I looked in the mirror and couldn't believe my eyes. I tried running down the block and didn't get very far because back then, I smoked too. Lucky for me, I was paired with an inspiring and rock solid personal trainer at the local gym. With a LOT of determination and a complete lifestyle change, I was able to lose 50 pounds naturally. Fast forward 18 years later; as a working mom selling real estate and coaching at the local gym, I was compelled to drop my real estate liscence and focus entirely on fitness. Three months later, the pandemic hit and was the catalyst for launching a business that brings fitness to the client, on-site or virtually.
Three years later, my clients of all ages and fitness levels ( small business owners, executives, retirees, sports enthusiasts, recreational athletes) remark about the efficiency of virtual personal training from anywhere in the US, paired with the effectiveness of on-site sessions in the Litchfield Hills. No down time on the road or in the gym! Whether you are new to fitness, or jumpstarting a tired routine, I will tailor a program to suit your needs!

I have been working with Suzanne for over three years. I have done a mix of both in-person and virtual personal training sessions with her over time. She is absolutely wonderful. I work with her multiple times per week and she is always prepared with a workout that is tailored to my specific physical needs. The workouts are varied, have the appropriate level of difficulty, and are always individualized. It is clear that Suzanne is an incredibly knowledgeable trainer/coach and works hard to continuously hone her craft. I have seen significant, positive results in my time working with Suzanne. I have been working with Suzanne twice a week since before Covid - at first in person, later online. From our first meeting during which she asked about my fitness goals to the present, she has been attentive, supportive, and always present for me. Our workouts are interesting and varied. The hour flies by and by the time we're done, I feel wonderful! The stretching exercises have restored my flexibility and the aches and pains that I used to feel in my 76 year old body are gone! I consulted with Suzanne for both health and nutrition guidance. She is thorough, engaged, and takes a very individualized approach. The daily stretches she suggested have improved my chronic back aches (caused by sitting at a computer all day). We also discussed strategies to reduce body fat and I was ecstatic to learn this did not require super high heart rate anaerobic activity or starvation. But, the greatest impact on my life has been to eat carbohydrates without feeling guilty!
